Coverage runs Friday through Thursday.

In hospital presence from 7:00 AM to between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM depending on Hospital Census.

Call coverage / response coverage required daily until 7:00 PM when covering hospital

Sign out to Tele-hospitalist / Tele-intensivist service each day. Service covers patients from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Hospital Medicine also covers EKG/PFT reads daily.

Thursday before and Friday off after coverage block

Outpatient Family Medicine (clinic)

4 days per week in the clinic when not covering hospital

Clinic is a group practice setting with two locations, Coos Bay and Myrtle Point

14 providers consisting of primary care, orthopedics, and pain management.

Partner clinic with Hospital consisting of 12 providers in primary care, orthopedics, and general surgery.

Dedicated NP to manage practice/patients while on Hospital rotation.

Compensation/Benefits:

$341,480 guaranteed salary

$20,000 quality bonus potential

Annual production bonus based on work relative value units (wRVU’s)

$55.00 per wRVU over 3200 wRVU’s annually (clinic production only)
