Education and Experience-

Education:

Graduate from an accredited program as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).

License/ Certification:

•              Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon.

•              Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

Experience:

•              Prior Wound Care experince deisred but not required.
