Practice scope: Total joint replacement and general orthopedic surgery

Schedule: 4.5 days of clinic and surgery patient contact, plus 0.5 day of administrative time

Call model: No ED or trauma call; occasional ED consultation requests for inpatients or transfers during regular business hours only

Clinical support: Experienced OR team, supervised office staff, and seasoned CRNA anesthesia services

Hospital setting: 25-bed critical access hospital with hospitalist coverage and an EM-trained, board-certified emergency department team
Compensation & Benefits

$615,000 guaranteed annual salary

Productivity bonus: $73.75 per wRVU above 7,050 annual wRVUs
