Financial Package:

Salaried at $145,000 per year.

Bonus based on wRVU production annually – up to $35,000 annually.

Other benefits including up to a 7.5% retirement contribution(match), life, dental, health, long term disability consistent with that offer to other hospital employees.
Vacation and CME/Education Time: Vacation time shall be provided to Provider in accordance with the approved Provider Vacation policy. Provider shall be entitle to vacation time in the following amounts, prorated based on start date and FTE level. Vacation banks are fully funded each July.

0 - 2 years of service: 4 weeks (based on 1 FTE)

3 – 5 years of service 5 weeks (based on 1 FTE)

6+ years of service 6 weeks (based on 1 FTE)
1 week per year (40 hours) of paid time off for CME activities shall be provided for continuing education and/or professional meetings. Time is pro-rated if FTE level is below 1.0 FTE and is also prorated based on start date (July 1 of each year the bank is fully funded). All CME benefits shall be subject to advance notice and CVH policy.
CME Expense: CME allowance of up to $2,500 per year as actually incurred for CME only as approved by Hospital to include:

Meals

License, DEA, Board Certification / review courses,

Other approved direct out-of-pocket expenses associated with CME.
