Requirements

Education and Experience-
Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited program as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), or Physician Associate (PA), advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
 
License/ Certification:
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Oregon or able to obain.
  • License must include prescriptive authority.
  • Board Certified by AANPCB, ANCC or NCCPA.
  • Current DEA registration in Oregon or able to obtain. 
 
Experience:
  • Experience practicing within either an Internal Medicine or Family Practice setting.
  • Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience desired.
