We offer a generous salary and benefit program. A guaranteed salary of $300,000 per year, with 1.5x’s the hourly rate for all hours in excess of 8 hours in a day being provided. Annual CME allotment of $7,500 and up to one week of paid time off for CME functions provided. Health, dental, vacation, life, long term disability and other benefits as offered to other employees is also provided. A 1.5% contribution and up to 6% matching contribution to a 403(b)-retirement plan is also provided.
A $100,000 signing bonus in the form of a forgivable loan (forgiven over four years) will be provided on the first day of your employment.
CV Health is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide patients with access to excellent care by creating an environment where providers want to practice. CV Health is locally controlled by a community Board consisting of 2 directors appointed by the CV Hospital Board, 3 members must reside in Coos County, and 2 at large directors. At least 20% of the board must include Licensed Independent practioner’s; currently there are three physicians on the Board of Directors.
